43phdream Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 43phdream. By accessing, browsing, or using the 43phdream website and any associated mobile platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and anyone who interacts with any part of the 43phdream service. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

43phdream reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you through the Platform or via the email address registered to your account. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 43phdream, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any country where accessing online gaming services is prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering an account.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 43phdream Platform.
• You are not employed by 43phdream or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or service providers.

43phdream is intended for adult players in the Philippines. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request official government-issued identification at any point. If you cannot verify your age and identity, your account may be suspended and any funds held pending resolution.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are met. Providing false information during registration — including your age — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Your Account

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 43phdream. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 43phdream reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login information with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact 43phdream support immediately at support@43phdream.app.

43phdream will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine contact number. Inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

43phdream is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), along with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers

4.2 Currency

All transactions on 43phdream are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). There are no currency conversion fees. What you deposit is what you see in your account balance.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the Deposit and Withdrawal section of your account dashboard. 43phdream reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to completion of identity verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically clear faster than bank transfers. 43phdream reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

4.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your 43phdream account, you confirm that the money is from a legitimate source and that you are not engaging in any form of money laundering or financial crime. 43phdream is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 43phdream are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport being wagered on, in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after the event has started.
• 43phdream reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error, on an incorrectly listed event, or where a technical malfunction has occurred.
• Maximum winnings per bet may be subject to caps, which are specified within the relevant game or sports betting section.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the decision of 43phdream's management team is final.
• Odds and lines are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

43phdream offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotional terms. Always check before opting in.

6.2 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to combine bonuses that are not designated as combinable is not permitted and may result in bonus cancellation.

6.3 Abuse Prevention

43phdream reserves the right to withhold or revoke any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing only low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions.

6.4 Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds will be removed from your account. Check the specific promotion terms for the relevant timeframe.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 43phdream and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors in a game to gain an advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment methods or providing false identification documents.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 43phdream Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your geographic location or access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or any member of the 43phdream team.

Any violation of this section may also be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 43phdream Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, icons, images, audio clips, and user interface design — is the property of 43phdream or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission from 43phdream.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

43phdream takes the privacy of its players seriously. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the 43phdream Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and general use of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 43phdream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

43phdream does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we work hard to maintain continuous service, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

In no event shall 43phdream's total cumulative liability to you exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

43phdream reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that you were ineligible to register at the time you created your account.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting 43phdream support. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure — provided it does not include funds from active bonuses — will be refunded to your verified payment method after identity confirmation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before escalating any dispute to formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact the 43phdream support team at support@43phdream.app and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Most disputes are resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

13. Changes to These Terms

43phdream may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
